The vineyards, that are well taken care of, produce a controlled and selected amount of grapes used for the production of wines. The preservation of the grapes of the autochthon varieties of the Frascati DOC region such as Lazio Malvasia, Greco Bianco and Bombino distinguishes the entire production


Straw yellow with a delicate Golden apple scent mixed with white and citrus fruits, the Frascati Superiore DOCG of Merumalia has a flavorful, well-balanced and long persistent taste. It is produced in 7000 bottles at Prataporci, one of the most historic areas of Frascati, on volcanic land, rich in minerals at an altitude over 200 m above sea level, from Lazio Malvasia, Greco and Bombino vineyards. After soft pressing, the fermentation was carried out at controlled temperature and the refinement in stainless steel. To be served cool, better if around 10°-12° and it combines perfectly with all typically roman recipes, fish dishes, first courses with vegetables.


Ruby red with purplish nuances, intense and elegant perfume with notes of red berries and spices, the Vetus IGP Lazio’s taste is captivating, soft and elegant well balanced and with present tannin.

Produced in about 2000 bottles, from vineyards of Cesanese and Merlot Lazio, on volcanic land, mostly clay soil of medium mixture, rich in minerals. The fermentation was carried out at controlled temperature with extended maceration and malolactic fermentation, and the refinement in stainless steel on yeasts for five months until bottling.

It’s perfect with red meat, game, typical recipes of roman cooking, cold cuts and seasoned cheese.
